We are seeking a Back Office Representatives to join our team in Tbilisi. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer support and assistance, addressing inquiries and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction. You will serve as a vital link between our company and our valued customers, contributing to our overall reputation and success.

Within this role, you will be responsible for undertaking the following tasks:

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Processing of telephone customer inquiries (inbound and outbound)
  • Processing of written customer and dealer inquiries (web form, e-mail, social media and proactive chat)
  • Comprehensive consultancy and clarification of customer and dealer queries
  • Collection and maintenance of customer, master and transaction data using customer-specific systems
  • Processing and consulting on the new, extensive ‘’Infotainment and networked services system’’ in vehicles of the new generation

Requirements

  • Proficient in English language (C1), both spoken and written
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Working experience in customer service will be valued
  • Knowledge or interest in electric vehicles as well as new vehicle infotainment systems
  • Advanced PC knowledge and Office 365
  • Ability to learn and willingness to develop (researching information, active participation in trainings)
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • A high level of customer and service orientation
  • Ability to be patient and friendly with all types of customers
  • Ability to demonstrate empathy and understanding; diplomatic, polite and apologizes where necessary
  • Responsibility and independence
  • Stress resistance and multitasking
  • Creativity and team spirit

  • Working hours Monday- Friday 11:00 -19:30, 12:30-21:00. Shift change on monthly bases
