We are seeking a Russian and English Speaking Interpreter for our team in Tbilisi. Within this role, you will be responsible for undertaking the following tasks:

Duties and Responsibilities:

•    Consecutive interpreting from English into Russian Language and vise versa in medical, banking, insurance, emergency, and customer service industry
•    Taking notes to ensure accurate interpretation rendering
•    On-line live audio and video interpreting via PC application
•    Applying necessary security, customer, and clients’ protocols in work, abiding to interpreting guidelines and procedures
•    Constant improving of general and industry related vocabulary in order to ensure accuracy and up-to-date skill and knowledge
•    Provide impartial assistance by bridging communications gap to both, client and their customers, applying best practice customer service
•    All other interpreting duties following closely client’s lead.

Requirements

•    Proficient in Russian and English languages, both spoken and written (C1-C2)
•    Ability to communicate correctly and clearly with different customer types
•    Self-motivation and ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
•    High tolerance for stress, complexity and change
•    Ability to independently use and operate a phone system and personal computer
•    Some university or post-secondary education preferred
•    Ability to work variety of shifts including days, afternoons, evenings, weekends and holidays
•    Ability to manage emotionally charged situations when servicing medical calls
•    Previous experience in the similar position is a plus.
