We are seeking a German and English-Speaking Customer Service Expert to join our team in Tbilisi. In this position, you take on the following tasks. you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless customer satisfaction for our client.
Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer support and assistance, addressing inquiries and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction. You will serve as a vital link between our company and our valued customers. Your attention to detail, strong communication skills, and fluency in German and English will be vital in maintaining high standards of service. Within this role, you will be responsible for undertaking the following tasks:
Location: Tbilisi, Pixel Business Center
Start Date: December 2nd
Training Times: Monday to Friday from 14:00 PM to 22:30 PM
Working Hours: 17:30-02:00 - 00:30-09:00
