We are seeking a Team Manager for our team in Tbilisi. In this role, you take on the following tasks:

Duties and Responsibilities

•    Enhancing the performance and efficiency of the team
•    Managing people under agreed development plans
•    Managing absenteeism of staff
•    Responsible for monitoring of call peaks vs. Customer Service Expert´s (CSE) availability
•    Responsible for providing reports
•    Reviews daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly operational reports
•    Achieve employee satisfaction/development
•    Responsible for communicating company’s policies & procedures to CSE´s
•    Responsible for managing the call patterns and offline tasks to achieve agreed service level
•    Providing the schedules and vacation plan incl. yearly vacation plan
•    Ensuring timekeeping and labor time recording
•    Evaluation of voice recordings to monitor the quality and performance of the agents
•    Provide continuous support to agents, addressing their queries, concerns, and assisting in problem resolution
•    Performing other tasks deriving directly from this position without being directly ordered so

Requirements

•    Proficiency in Azerbaijani (at least at C1 level)
•    English proficiency (at least B2 level)
•    Experience as a Team Leader, Coach, or Trainer in a related industry is mandatory
•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•    Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
•    Strong performance and disciplinary track record
•    Leadership skills with a focus on enhancing team performance
•    Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards
•    Flexibility, loyalty, adaptability, and resilience.
