We are seeking an Armenian Speaking Content Moderators to join our team in Tbilisi. In this position, you take on the following tasks:

Duties and Responsibilities

•    Ensure a safe and positive experience for users and communities by adhering to community/platform guidelines and applicable laws.
•    Maintain transaction data accurately and efficiently
•    Act as a brand advocate by understanding the platform’s values and urgency in protecting the community.
•    Collaborate with the team to meet performance goals and contribute to a positive work environment.

Requirements

•    Proficiency in Armenian language skills, at least C1 level
•    English language skills will be valued
•    Good technical understanding and digital skills, with comfort in using digital platforms to review and flag content
•    Emotional resilience to handle the pressure and review sensitive or inappropriate content
•    Strong decision-making abilities, able to make quick and accurate decisions based on guidelines
•    Passion for the brand and community, with a sense of urgency in safeguarding user experience
•    Ability to self-learn and better understand customers' inquiries in the e-commerce business
•    Team player with a strong sense of collaboration
•    Ability to handle typing requirements during peak hours
•    Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays
•    Self-motivated and capable of independent work, with a readiness for self-study
•    At least one year of experience in content moderation or a related field is preferred
•    A bachelor’s degree is required.
