We are seeking a Team Manager for our team in Tbilisi. In this role, you take on the following tasks:

Duties and Responsibilities

•    Oversee the daily operations of the content moderation team, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to company policies
•    Manage and develop team members according to agreed development plans
•    Evaluate and monitor the quality and performance of content moderators
•    Manage staff absenteeism and ensure team coverage
•    Provide detailed reports and review daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly operational metrics
•    Achieve high levels of employee satisfaction and foster their development
•    Communicate and enforce company policies and procedures to content moderators
•    Develop and manage schedules, vacation plans, and annual leave plans
•    Ensure accurate timekeeping and labor time recording
•    Foster a positive and collaborative team culture
•    Perform additional tasks related to the position as needed.

Requirements

•    Proficiency in Armenian (at least at C1 level)
•    English proficiency (at least B2 level)
•    Experience as a Team Leader or Coach in a related industry is mandatory
•    E-commerce-related experience is highly preferred
•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•    Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
•    Strong performance and disciplinary track record
•    Leadership skills with a focus on enhancing team performance
•    Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards
•    Flexibility, loyalty, adaptability, and resilience.
