We are seeking a HR Specialist to join our HR Administration and Payroll Team in Tbilisi.

In this position, you take on the following tasks:

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Providing HR administrative support in line with business requirements
  • Preparing documentation for starters/changers/leavers and updating relevant databases
  • Working with access systems
  • Preparing company badges for the employees
  • Updating and maintaining internal systems, records and reports with accurate data
  • Updating personal employee records in databases
  • Administering vacations in Vabaco
  • Taking part in the development process of new HR products/systems
  • Conducting Background screening process for the employees
  • Preparing employment confirmation letters
  • Creating informative reports upon request
  • Effective communication with the employees.

Requirements:

  • Preferable min. 2 years of experience in HR Administration field
  • Preferable work experience with international company of 1000+ employees
  • Languages: Georgian-C2 (writing/reading/speaking) English-B2/C1 (writing/reading/speaking)
  • Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office and database systems (Excel knowledge will be tested!) 
  • Used to working with multiple stakeholders.
