Job Summary

We are seeking a Compensation and Benefits Analyst for our HR team in Tbilisi.  In this position, you take on the following tasks:

Responsibilities:

  • Managing administration of corporate benefits: Insurance, Fitpass
  • Managing HR reports on local, regional and global level (attrition, demographic, absenteeism and etc. )
  • Preparing informative reports for accounting & finance department
  • Administering comprehensive HR databases
  • Administering company bonuses
  • Preparing Ad-hoc reports.

Requirements:

  • Preferable min. 2 years of experience in HR reporting, financial analysis, or similar field
  • Preferable work experience with international company of 1000+ employees
  • Preferable degree in business administration, economics, or finance
  • Georgian-C2 (writing/reading/speaking) English-B2/C1 (writing/reading/speaking)
  • Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office and database systems (Advanced Excel knowledge will be tested!)
  • Preferable experience working with Power BI
  • Used to working with multiple stakeholders.
